House lemonade, verbena & honey

Made every morning in a big glass jar: lemons pressed by hand, verbena from the planters in our courtyard, and raw honey from a beekeeper twenty minutes away. Lightly carbonated, never syrupy.

- Hand-pressed lemons, zest and all
- Fresh verbena leaves, bruised not blended
- Raw wildflower honey, stirred in cold
Good to know
Vegetarian. No artificial anything. Ask for it "barely sweet" if that is how you like it, the kitchen approves.
